Two great clients last week, one of my best friends and her family and a past boudoir client, now maternity client!
Last week I headed out to NYC for a weekend of boudoir sessions and also an all day shoot at Elite Hair Studio & Spa in East Rutherford. I have been talking to the owner Marta for sometime now so I have really been looking forward to working with her and her lovely staff. I had a fantastic time and am really looking forward to expanding this part of my portfolio. I am also definitely looking forward to heading back and visiting Elite and all the ladies there!

First, these 2 are ROCKSTARS! Melissa started her boudoir session in a much warmer environment but once Matt got there we started their session together, outside, in 30 degrees! After driving around Akron looking for a spot we found this nice spot right on the side of the road. Since our first spot was a no go because of the mud we had to improvise. Some snow falling, love and a gorgeous pregnant mama is the perfect recipe for maternity photos!

It is no secret among my friends and family that I have a soft spot for Portland. If I could head out there every month than no doubt I would be on that plane. Perhaps someday I will suck it up and Matt and I will move out there but for the time being, we suck it all up whenever we can.
There is a billboard in Portland that sums it up nicely, “Keep Portland WEIRD”
